AKPro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AKPro Staff Portal, related web or mobile applications, and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About AKPro
The Service is provided by AKPro (“AKPro”, “we”, “our”, “us”), registered at 13 Raleigh Road, TW9 2DU, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@akpro.co.uk.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be an authorised employee, contractor, or representative of an organisation onboarded to AKPro. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Share access beyond approved team members or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
4. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and UK GDPR obligations. You must ensure your use of the Service complies with applicable employment, privacy, and record-keeping regulations.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may affect the Service. We may update or modify features at any time.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees (where applicable) are invoiced as agreed separately with your organisation. Late payment may result in suspension. We may review pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
AKPro retains all rights to the Service. You retain rights to the data you input and grant us a limited licence to host and process it for providing the Service.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential information obtained through the Service confidential and use it only to fulfil these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data. You remain responsible for payroll, HR, and employment decisions.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AKPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Clauses covering confidentiality, data, and liability survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
